I’m Brian Roller, the managing attorney of Roller Law.  I have been litigating personal injury cases for more than fifteen years (and homeowner insurance cases for most of that time as well).  I originally learned the litigation practice in a boutique law firm fighting very powerful franchisors represented by the largest law firms in the world, as I worked on behalf of much smaller franchisees, and groups of franchisees, all across the country.

If there is one thing that all of my cases have in common, it is that I have been fighting uphill battles against major corporations (and insurance companies) on behalf of the average person for my entire career.  I’ve represented the families of individuals killed by electrocutions, drivers devastatingly hurt by large trucks, and other injury victims hurt by all kinds of impacts and incidents.  Other clients of mine were undergoing their daily routines only to slip and fall, which can cause significant injury.  I pride myself on my ability to secure strong results for clients effectively and as efficiently (for the client’s benefit) as possible.

I attended University of Wisconsin – Madison undergraduate school and got my law degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School (Yeshiva University) in New York City.  I have since worked for one of the largest law firms in the country litigating securities matters on behalf of client, and fighting franchisors for violations of statutory prohibitions.  But my most rewarding work is on behalf of the regular working class individual, fighting for their right t compensation for their loss.
